Charter Payment Schedule

A charter contract must be signed and fully executed with a 25% deposit at time of contract signing and a stand-by Letter of Credit for the remaining amount of charter hire.

The additional payments are paid as indicated:

• 25% payment at 9 months prior to charter
• 25% payment at 6 months prior to charter
• 25% payment at 3 months prior to charter

SeaDream Yacht Club will waive the Letter of Credit with a 50% deposit at time of contract signing.
Please understand that no correspondence with SeaDream Yacht Club shall constitute an offer, acceptance, option or contract for the proposed charter. Any such contract shall only be constituted by negotiation, and execution of a formal charter agreement acceptable to SeaDream Yacht Club.

The full purchase price of the charter will be retained by SeaDream Yacht Club upon cancellation for any reason.
